For any service item with variable pricing below, a Sharp Stream representative will contact you to discuss the scope of work and associated costs.  A full estimate will be provided and approved prior to starting work.

Painting

  • Shutters (Painting Only) - $45 per shutter

  • Shutters (Replacement or Re-hanging - Additional fees on a per case basis

  • Gable Vents - Painting Only - $75 per vent

  • Gable Vents (Repair* and Painting) - $125 per vent

  • Front Doors - $75 per door

  • Exterior Painting - Trim, stucco, or other exterior surfaces - Additional fees on a per case basis

  • Interior Painting - Walls, cabinets, trim, ceilings, or other interior surfaces - Additional fees on a per case basis

*Some gable vents have been damaged by woodpeckers.  Repair and patching will be required prior to painting.  Sharp Stream will confirm the repair work with each home prior to starting.

  • Deck Washing and Staining/Painting - Pricing based on size of deck
